• You agree not to misuse rate limits or abuse any free tier usage

• You are responsible for any data submitted through your API keys

• You may not share your API key with others or expose it publicly

We may modify or limit API access at our discretion.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Service are available under paid plans. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees according to your plan

• Payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store payment details

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

• We may change pricing with prior notice
